Happy Cinco de Mayo!

Happy Cinco de Mayo to my Mexican friends! I wish you all the best on this festive day! I made this dip to commemorate this special day! It's easy to make and so delicious! A true crowd pleaser!




Salsa Layered Dip

Salsa Dip

1st Layer
1 8oz pkg. cream cheese
5 tbsp. sour cream

Whip together and spread over the bottom of a quiche type dish

2nd Layer
Use your favorite salsa. Spread it over the bottom layer.

3rd Layer
1 green pepper chopped
1 tomato chopped (discard juice)
2 green onions chopped

Sprinkle the chopped items over other two layers and lightly press it into the first 2 layers.

4th Layer
Grate about 10oz of old cheddar cheese to cover dip.

Serve with nachos.
